4. Orders and Deliveries

a. Orders placed with Brewers Kettle LLP are subject to availability and acceptance by Brewers Kettle LLP.

b. Brewers Kettle LLP is not responsible for delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control.

c. Customers are responsible for inspecting all delivered products and reporting any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Equipment Installation and Maintenance

a. Brewers Kettle LLP will provide installation and maintenance services for vending equipment as specified in the service agreement.

b. Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment is used properly and for reporting any equipment issues to Brewers Kettle LLP promptly.

6. Warranty and Liability

a. Brewers Kettle LLP provides a 12 month warranty on all equipment installations, subject to the terms of the warranty agreement.

b. Brewers Kettle LLP is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of our services or products, except as expressly stated in the warranty agreement.
