Meeravali Shaik – Technical Director, Brewers Kettle
I began my professional journey at the young age of 18, stepping into the world of machines as a Service Engineer. With tools in hand and a hunger to learn, I entered the field not through books or theory, but by working directly with clients, machines, and real-world challenges. Over the years, I’ve conducted more than 800 live demonstrations—each one teaching me something new about people, machines, and expectations.
What started as a job soon became a passion. I immersed myself in every technical detail of the coffee and tea vending industry, learning how each part functions, how service issues arise, and, most importantly, how to prevent them. I didn’t just want to repair machines—I wanted to understand why they failed, and how they could be built better. This mindset led me to take up multiple roles over the past 10+ years, from service and support to R&D and technical leadership.
Through this journey, one thing became crystal clear: there was a huge gap between what clients needed and what the vending industry offered. Many machines were high-maintenance, inconsistent in output, and often broke down—leading to frustration and lost productivity for clients. No one seemed to be solving the actual problem at its root.
That’s when the idea of Brewers Kettle was born.
Together with a visionary team, we set out to create something that would redefine the coffee and tea vending experience in India. We spent 2.5 years in research and development, analyzing every complaint, refining every component, and testing hundreds of prototypes. The result? A machine that is a true game-changer in the industry.
We proudly launched our 18-option vending machine, capable of dispensing a wide variety of beverages—from authentic South Indian filter coffee to freshly brewed ginger tea. But what truly sets it apart is what’s inside the machine: zero maintenance, no breakdowns, and completely hassle-free operation. This wasn’t just another vending machine—it was the answer to years of technical frustrations.
But I believe innovation never stops.
My Vision for the Future
My goal now is ambitious but clear—to design and launch a 100% maintenance-free, self-healing vending machine. A system that diagnoses issues on its own, performs minor fixes automatically, and minimizes human intervention. Imagine a machine that doesn’t call for service—it fixes itself. This isn’t science fiction. With AI, IoT integration, and intelligent sensors, this future is well within reach.
And that’s what I’m working on every single day: building machines that are not only technically sound but smart, intuitive, and built to last. Machines that serve not just coffee or tea, but trust, consistency, and peace of mind.
At Brewers Kettle, we are not just vending beverages—we are engineering experiences.
“Don’t just fix what’s broken—build something that never breaks. That’s where true innovation begins.”
